Our Local Honey is harvested straight from the hives of our own bees that reside on our farm, nestled alongside the fragrant lavender field. The honey is filtered to remove any larger pieces of pollen or honeycomb, which will naturally be found in the honey during the extraction process, but some small amounts of pollen made still be present in the honey.  Each jar of our honey is carefully crafted with a commitment to quality and purity, thanks to our pesticide-free farming methods. Our bees thrive on the plants and flowers that we cultivate for all the pollinators, which in turn supports our local ecosystem.  Each crop of honey is different, depending on what the bees are foraging on, so every jar is truly unique!  Enjoy the natural sweetness and health benefits of our honey, knowing that it is as pure and wholesome as the land it comes from!
